Something a la...déjà vu?
H&M's regurgitation of high-end runway looks stays faithful to its aspirational, fashion followers. Keeping with their moto of reasonably priced
fashion, this coming fall/winter, H&M serves up the best from last year. With looks inspired more or less by Balenciaga, Gareth Pugh, Rick Owens, Missoni, and most
obviously notably, Chloé.
My opinion...regurgitation? More like reproductions. Fashion incarnates from the runway down to the streets, but I find that these H&M 'regurgitations' are much too literal in their silhouette, make and fabrication; rather on the unoriginal side. On the other hand, it's fantastic that H&M is making the aspirational more accessible. But don't just listen to me, take a look for yourself.
